Program

The purpose of the program is to train qualified specialists in the field of the modern food industry, with high-quality basic knowledge of production technologies, the fundamentals of nutrition science and technical regulation, as well as well-versed in topical issues of the industry. The program includes disciplines that are useful both for a future employee of a food company and for a researcher-developer of food technologies, ingredients, new products, and product categories.

Upon graduation, students will be able to work in various food tech industries, including food companies, retail, startups, marketing, and other food-related areas. Our graduates work at Danone Russia, Jacobs Douwe Egberts, Heineken, PepsiCo, and other companies, along with different research laboratories, design organizations, testing centers, food, pharmaceutical, biotechnological production, catering, restaurant business, institutions, functional and technological additives market and in the agro-industrial complex.
