Biography

Maksim Lukianchenko finished ITMO University in 2001. He studied computing machines, complexes, systems, and networks at the Faculty of Computer Technologies and Control Systems. He began his career as a programmer at the Central Cartography Production of the Navy in 1999. A year later, he rose to a programmer (category 2) at ITMO University. In 2004, Maksim Lukianchenko was elected the head of the Office for Computerization of Library Processes. He worked as a programmer at the university’s Office for State Orders. Starting from 2016, he has been heading the Procurements Support Office.
