Biography

Alexander Golubok, PhD, Senior Researcher, Doctor of Science, Deputy Director of the Institute for Analytical Instrumentation RAS (IAI RAS).

Dr. Golubok graduated from Leningrad Polytechnical Institute in 1975. He joined the Institute in 1984 as a junior researcher. Currently he is the head of Department of Nanotechnologies and Materials Science, Associate Professor, and heads the Department of Scanning Probe Microscopy and Spectroscopy at the St. Petersburg Joint Research Centre. He’s Vice President of Academic Council Russian Academy of Sciences, member of academic journal editorial board “Scientific Engineering.”

He is the author of 100 published research papers.
