Biography

Is an active Rector of International Banking Institute (since 2014).

Doctor of Science (Ec.), Professor. Head of Economy and Organizational Finance department. Vice-Chairman of the Thesis Board for specialty ‘Economics and Management: enterprise economy, organization and management’ based in St. Petersburg State University of Economics (UNECON). Expert of Federal Education and Science Supervision Service accredited for educational organizations compliance and services quality monitoring.

Graduated with honors from Saint Petersburg State University of Economics and Finance now St. Petersburg State University of Economics) in 2003 with a major in National Economy. Before joining International Banking Institute (IBI) made a corporate career within large companies such as LLC “Balt-Shelf” (official supplier of OJSC “Alrosa”), MC “Bazovi Element” (resource purchasing), and OJSC “Lenenergo”. Started academic career back in 2006 in Saint Petersburg State University of Economics and Engineering as a lecturer for the Department of Economics and Management in Tourism and Hospitality. In 2012 joined Saint Petersburg State University of Economics’ Department of Hospitality and Intercultural Communication as a professor. At the same time was also acting Vice-rector for Science and Innovations. In 2013 stepped into International Banking Institute as a Vice-rector for Science and professor in a World Economy and Management Department. In April 2014 promoted to Senior Vice-rector role. Appointed as Rector as of December 2014.
