Program
The purpose of the program is to train qualified specialists in the field of the modern food industry, with high-quality basic knowledge of production technologies, the fundamentals of nutrition science and technical regulation, as well as well-versed in topical issues of the industry. The program includes disciplines that are useful both for a future employee of a food company and for a researcher-developer of food technologies, ingredients, new products, and product categories.

The program manager is the Head of the Group of Scientific Research and Nutritionology, Research & Innovations, Danone Russia - Dr. Olesya Volokh. Together with the Dean of the faculty, the head participates in the selection of industrial partners who are potentially interested in interacting with the faculty. Partner companies are directly involved in the educational process - representatives, leading employees, and opinion leaders participate in the preparation of the curriculum, give lectures, conduct seminars, and direct scientific work of students, thereby bringing their intellectual contribution to learning, as well as having the opportunity to immediately select students who will suit them in theoretical knowledge, and those who will prove themselves well in internal practices at ITMO or on the basis of companies.
