Summary: Objective of the project - to provide public e-services in Russia/Estonia cross-border regions: Ida-Virumaa in Estonia, Kingisepp and Slantsy in Russia. Project scope -making of the cross-border e-documents exchange system providing on-line e-archive of death records and employment/wages records.
Duration: April 2013 - November 2014
Results: Consistent and unified system of two on-line e-archives (death and employment/wages records) has been designed and launched in a pilot mode for testing and evaluation.
