• analyze business processes in education;

• write technical specifications to automate the activities of the Information Systems Department and Open Education Department;

• assist the automation process: maintain communications between parties, adjust work plans, as well as approve mockups, technical specifications, and ready-made solutions;

• post relevant information about the university’s educational activities on external resources.
