Responsibilities

build and maintain an information database of Russian funds and programs related to educational, scientific, and innovative projects;
inform the university’s staff and students about Russian financial institutions, funds, and programs investing in educational, research, innovative entrepreneurial, institutional, exchange, and other projects;
provide a consulting support on interactions with financial institutions and organizations;
help prepare, submit, and implement scientific, educational, and innovative entrepreneurial proposals for Russian programs and funds;
develop mechanisms for providing support to representatives of the university’s key educational, scientific, and utility units to gain funding for their activities.

Education

1982 – gained a degree in electronic computers (qualification: a system engineer), ITMO University.

2003-2004 – the Ecorys Group program for trainers “Innovation Commercialization” (the Netherlands).
