Biography

Ms Meledina graduated from Saint Petersburg State Chemicopharmaceutical Institute in 1971.

T. Meledina has been teaching at University of Refrigeration and Food Technologies since 1986.

In 2004 she became the Head of Department of Food Biotechnology (Vegetable Stock).

Ms. Meledina maintains close ties with the industry and leads continued education efforts of the Department.
