2016-present – the head of the Photophysics of Surface Laboratory, ITMO University;

1976-2015 – an employee at the Vavilov State Optical Institute.

Interaction of radiation with matter, nanotechnology, and atomic spectroscopy.

Awards

2010 – an honorable diploma of the D.S. Rozhdestvensky Optical Society for significant contributions to the improvement of optical education;

2009 – an award of the international academic publishing company "Science/Interperiodica" for the best publication in its journals;

2004 – the medal “In Commemoration of the 300th Anniversary of Saint Petersburg.”;

2001 – a state research scholarship for outstanding scientists of Russia.
