Biography
Dr. Matveev graduated from LITMO in 1978.
After receiving his PhD in 1985, Dr. Matveev worked as a researcher at LITMO and at Baltic State Technical University “Voenmek” named after D. F. Ustinov.
He has got 90 research papers and 16 patents.
Y. Matveev joined the Department of Speech Information Systems in 2011 and became its Head in 2014.

- Software of speech information systems and multimodal biometric system
- Algorithmic and hardware facilities architecture for digital processing.
