Career

2017-present – First Vice Rector, ITMO University

2014-present – head of ITMO’s Institute of International Development and Partnership 

2015-2017 – Vice Rector for International Relations, ITMO University

2012-2014 – coordinator of international Master’s programs at SPbPU

2008-2014 – deputy head for international affairs at the International Higher School of Management, SPbPU

2007-2014 – assistant, then associate professor at the Department of International Business, SPbPU

Achievements

• Coordination of the university’s development strategy within Project 5-100 and establishment of a system of international academic activities (joint educational programs with the world’s top universities, academic mobility programs, short-term internships, and participation in such European programs as Erasmus+ and Horizon 2020)

• Introduction of innovative educational standards based on the V+F+PS+SS formula (values, fundamental thinking, professional and soft skills); development and launch of a new set of core disciplines, including Creative Technologies, Soft Skills, Digital Culture, and so on. 

• Launch of the ITMO Fellowship & Professorship program

• Implementation of a system for the selection and recruitment of talented applicants

• Development of ITMO’s International Council

• Development of ITMO University’s English-language environment and international accessibility

• Design and implementation of ITMO Highpark, a world-class research, education, and innovation center

• Establishment of international entrance competitions for school students in mathematics and computer science, as well as international contests for prospective Master’s students (Open Doors: Russian Scholarship project)

• Creation of ITMO’s Student Services Office and Faculty Support Office

2009 – Dashkova Award in the Humanities and Social Sciences (for young scientists under the age of 35) from the Government of St. Petersburg and St. Petersburg Scientific Center of the Russian Academy of Sciences

2010 – SPbPU Award “Young Talents - the Future of Science at Polytechnic University” 

2013 – Best University Teacher in Russia Award from Vladimir Potanin Foundation

2016 – Government of Russian Federation Award in Education

2017 – Female Influencers of St. Petersburg Award
