    Program description

    Apart from the general curriculum, the Computer Technologies in Design Bachelor’s program is comprised of four specializations:

    • Specialization 13D Programming and Industrial Design. Key competencies: fundamentals of 3D modeling and engineering graphics (CAD/CAM systems) reinforced with drawing and art skills as well as knowledge in the field of industrial design.
    • Specialization 2Development of Graphical and Web Applications. Key competencies: fundamentals of frontend development and typography, as well as various computer image processing systems using mathematical algorithms. Technologies of virtual, augmented and mixed reality.
    • Specialization 3 – Computer Graphics and Multimedia in Education. Key competencies: implementation of educational technologies using multimedia and computer graphics tools, including technologies based on the application of computer games, virtual reality and media environments. 
    • Specialization 4Design of Graphical and User Interfaces. Key competencies: design of human computer systems in accordance with the latest esthetical and technological standards using knowledge and skills gained through studies of fundamentals of perception psychology, painting, design, and web design. 

    The main advantage of being able to choose a specialization is that it allows students to build their individual education tracks and make an independent decision in regard to which competencies to focus on during their studies.
