Digitalization is actively gaining ground in practically all fields of science and technology: from robotic manipulators capable of accurately performing the most complex actions without human intervention due to their state-of-the-art software and a large number of sensors in the industry to drones and digital control systems managing all components of a car in transport and various everyday-life devices at the heart of smart home systems.
The program Digital Control Systems is a reflection of the digitization concept and aims to train highly qualified specialists capable of creating and applying digital automatic control systems. Solving tasks of optimal management of complex processes and systems is at the intersection of mathematics, programming and engineering, which is why the program adopts an interdisciplinary approach, interlinking different fields of science and technology. Digital control systems open up new opportunities for the development of smart devices which in the future will allow us to build more dynamic, flexible and potentially autonomous systems for robotics, shipbuilding, transport, medicine, space technologies, renewable energy technologies and other sectors, which enables specialists in this field to, on the one hand, always be in demand both in Russia and abroad, and on the other, to improve the quality of life and working conditions for people all over the world.
