The program trains specialists in the field of mechatronic and robotic systems and software. During their training, the students actively participate in theoretical and experimental research of mechatronic and robotics systems of different purposes; study the methods and means to designing and modeling of such systems; develop new means of control and information processing, as well as new solutions for mechatronic and robotic multipurpose systems, their subsystems and components.
Active introduction of robotic systems in industry, research and warfare calls for highly qualified specialists in the field of their design, manufacturing and operation. The program's range of subjects ensures that its students acquire the competencies essential for working in this field. Modern mobile and industrial robots, unmanned aerial vehicles and submarines are highly complex systems that consist of mechanical, electromechanical, electronic and software components. The program's graduates will always be sought-after in production and by research laboratories that specialize in the development of dedicated equipment and software, conducting research for improving such systems and their technical properties.
