The program is aimed at training highly qualified specialists in the field of instrumentation engineering who possess knowledge in computer modeling and analysis of biological objects and systems, as well as development of biomaterials. The program provides knowledge in such cutting-edge fields as biotechnology and bioengineering, biopolymers, information systems and modeling, molecular spectroscopy, analytical and physical chemistry, the fundamentals of biotechnical processes automation, etc. The program's graduates work in the field of new production technologies that make use of microbiological synthesis, biocatalysis, genetic engineering and nanotechnology; operation and quality management of biotechnical production in compliance with national and international regulations; conducting raw material control and so on.
