    The Master’s program in Applied Optics aims to train top-tier specialists with in-depth expertise in the design and analysis of various optical devices and systems. 

    The program offers eight main specializations in both Russian and English:

    • Optical Systems Design (in Russian and English)
    • Optical Devices and Technologies (in Russian and English)
    • Computer Optics (in Russian and English)
    • Aerospace Engineering (in Russian and English)
    • Optoelectronic Devices and Systems (in Russian and English)
    • Optodigital Technologies (in Russian)
    • Optical Engineering (in English)
    • Light Engineering (in Russian and English)


    During their studies, students will learn how to design optical devices and systems, as well as develop relevant innovative optical systems using specialized software. Graduates of the program will be able to enjoy their careers working at various industrial companies and research centers with a focus on developing optical and optoelectronic devices, as well as in the fields related to CAD technologies, optical imaging modeling, and image processing.
